Our Mission

By designing smart cities with a community focus, and offering them to the middle class, we will allow for unlimited opportunity for our urban Americans.

No Income Restrictions

We are not basing occupancy requirements on anything but citizenship, allowing us to help as many people as possible with our housing program.

Everyone Welcome

Though our main focus is on the middle class, we will offer a percentage of our apartments to assist with people more in need. Examples range from people with disabilities, to our veterans and current public sector employees.

Our Impact

Space to Last for Life

Space to Last for Life

Space to Last for Life

We are designing our units with ample space. We plan for our residents to stay as long as they feel it benefits them. To fully accommodate that will allow opportunity for growth within reason.

Community Focused

Space to Last for Life

Space to Last for Life

To allow for a majority of our urban and suburban residents to have equal access, we plan to ask our residents for a reasonable amount of community service instead of rent. With this community focus, we have faith our already hard working middle class can easily maintain the properties and services we deploy.

Sustainable Basics

Sustainable Basics

We have a responsibility to our neighbors and our home to create our future with sustainable (and easily maintainable) facilities. We will reduce the burden of general utilities on our residents through sustainable options built into our foundation.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are building a foundation for our future. We are sure you have questions. Below you will find common questions asked of us. Some can get a little complex, buckle up.

Our services are available to anyone who sees the benefit in participating. There are no "pre existing conditions" that will disqualify you for our services aside from any applicable laws.

HumaniTerra Foundation is offering to ease the burden of basic utilities one bill at a time, in a way that does not starve for amenities. Starting with a roof, extending to electrical and other basic utilities, and expanding further to include social services as we are able to adapt modern technology and innovation.

While rent and mortgages have their place in modern society, we feel that without worthwhile alternative options we may never find a balance in the housing market. We hope to serve as both a starting line when pursuing the American Dream, and as a safety net should AI steal your job.

Yeah. To paraphrase an Adam Sandler movie, we just want the community to wipe their own ass. So pick up a broom, fire up a laptop, or jump on a lawnmower for a short time each week and help your neighbors while you help yourself. We'll take care of the logistics and make sure it's worth keeping up with.

We plan to build in our existing cities and suburban areas, think Detroit and LA, by purchasing and converting vacant corporate real estate. This avoids further environmental destruction, limits the possibility of developing a ghost city, and focuses our services in the areas where income inequality is most severe.

We hope to provide for at least a quarter of an areas current population. In a city like LA, or the greater Detroit area, that's about a million people. Our most basic designs can house that number in well under 20 square miles including amenities.

And still relatively small at scale. The city of LA is 469 sq miles. A group of co located apartments is a fraction of the available land available to us.

The construction of multiple smart cities will be expensive. Our goal is to get 1 in 25 of us supporting at $20 a month. With just 1 in 25 we would have a revenue of over $250m per month to start changing the lives of the working class in a permanent way. At less than the price of some streaming services, we are hoping to connect with the generosity of the working class while maintaining a reasonable ask. Look below for a donation link.

We are planning on live streaming our board room, as well as any other areas related to decision making. You can't hide in the shadows when standing in front of a camera. We aren't promising perfection, but we are promising visibility. Should we fall short of your expectations we are only a message away, and the power over financing belongs to our subscribers.
